note that PCS is dedicated to helping you get the most out of your
program, and we will not coach anyone we feel would not benefit from our
programs. |

The
Beginner Program includes working out for weight
loss and/or general conditioning.
This program may be for people who do not compete, have a desire to compete
or who are currently competing. It includes workouts for such areas as
running, cycling,
swimming, roller
blading and more. Also included in this program is a general
weights/conditioning program. |

As your
personal coach, I hope you will get the most out of your program during
your training. I will certainly do all that I can to help you but your
help is critical as well. Feedback from you each month will help
me determine where you are in your program and what I can help you with.
Once a month, you must send me your feedback and any questions or concerns.
This will help us improve the quality of your performance.
Your personalized
program will be mailed or faxed to you a few days prior to the 1st of each
month. If you have any questions or problems regarding the program, you
should contact me right away so I can make the necessary changes and adjustments.
Your return feedback must be returned by the 25th of each month; feedback
sent after the 25th may result in sending the following month’s program
late.
